Yes! We're happy to exchange your wig for a different style, length, or color. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. The wig must be unworn and in original condition. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship the new wig once we receive the original.

Yes, all LovelyHair wigs are made from 100% premium virgin human hair. Our hair is ethically sourced, unprocessed, and of the highest quality. It can be washed, styled, curled, straightened, and even dyed just like your natural hair.

The lace size refers to the parting area. A 5×5 closure gives a fixed parting area ideal for middle or side parts. A 7×6 closure offers more versatility with a wider parting space. A 13×4 frontal covers your entire hairline from ear to ear, giving you the most styling freedom. All our laces are HD (high definition) for an invisible, natural look.

Wig length is measured stretched straight from the crown. A 12" wig typically falls to shoulder length, 16" hits mid-back, 20" reaches waist level, and 24" falls past the waist. Keep in mind that curly/wavy textures will appear shorter than the stretched measurement. If in doubt, we recommend going 2" longer.

Wash your wig every 7–10 wears using a sulfate-free shampoo and lukewarm water. Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends. Apply a light conditioner, rinse, and air dry on a wig stand. Use heat protectant when styling, and store on a stand or in a satin bag when not wearing. With proper care, your wig can last 6–12 months.

Yes, our 100% human hair wigs can be dyed. We recommend going darker for best results. If you're looking to lighten the color, professional bleaching is advised. Always do a strand test first. Please note that dyeing or bleaching may shorten the wig's lifespan and is not covered under our return policy.
