How tracking works

You'll get an order confirmation email the moment your purchase is placed.

Packed & shipped

Once your wig ships (within 1–2 business days), we email you a tracking number.

On its way

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.

When will I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order ships — usually within 1–2 business days — we'll email you a tracking number and link.

My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the first carrier scan. If it still hasn't moved after a few days, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Can I track my order without an account?

Yes — just enter your tracking number above. You can also sign in to your account at any time to see all your orders and their tracking.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in the US, 5–10 across the UK & Europe, and 7–14 for the rest of the world, measured from dispatch.
