Shipping Policy

Every LovelyHair order is packed with care and shipped on tracked services so you always know where your wig is. We currently ship worldwide, with free shipping available on all orders.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). During launches and peak sale periods, processing may take an extra day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

• United States — 3–7 business days (express options at checkout).
• United Kingdom & Europe — 5–10 business days.
• Rest of world — 7–14 business days.

Delivery windows are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier and customs handling.

Standard shipping is free on every order. Faster express methods, where available, are priced transparently at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear. You can also find tracking in your account under your order history.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping and are the recipient's responsibility. Any duties shown at checkout are estimates.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve it quickly — your confidence is guaranteed.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before an order ships. LovelyHair is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
