Things people ask before joining

Does my booking deposit get discounted too?

No. The deposit stays at the standard amount for everyone, and it still comes off your final bill in full. The 15% applies to the service labour, which is the larger part of what you pay.

How does the salon know I am a member?

We look you up by the email or phone number on your booking when we ring you up. There is no card to carry and no code to remember. Use the same email you joined with and it will be there.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account, with no fee. Your benefit runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.

Does it work on wigs and hair I buy?

No. The Club is a salon-service membership, so it covers labour in the chair. Wigs, bundles and other retail stay at their normal price.

What if a payment fails?

We will let you know and keep your benefit on for a short grace period while you update your card. If it is still not sorted after that, the benefit pauses until the payment goes through.

Is it worth it if I only come twice a year?

Probably not, and we would rather say so. The annual plan pays for itself somewhere around three or four eligible services a year, depending on what you book. If you come in less than that, book as a guest.
