These Terms of Service govern your use of the LovelyHair website and your purchases from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services and make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current account and order information.

We aim to display every wig — colour, length, density, and lace type — as accurately as possible, though your screen may render colours slightly differently. Prices are shown in the listed currency and may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or stock issues. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, wigs must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any seals intact. Eligible returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. See our refund process or contact support to start a return.

All content on this site — including the LovelyHair name, logo, imagery, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to LovelyHair and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access them through unauthorised means, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LovelyHair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
