We ship just about everywhere. If your country shows up at checkout, we deliver there. Any import duties or local taxes (where they apply) are set by your country's customs, not by us.

Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you — your tracking number is in there. If you made an account, you'll also find it under your order history. Can't see it? Email us and we'll resend it.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons the wig needs to come back unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with any seals still intact. Once we've checked it over, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take a few business days to show it on your statement.

We're sorry, that shouldn't happen. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement or a full refund straight away. You won't pay for our mistake.

You can. Because it's real human hair, you can colour it, straighten it, and curl it just like your own. We'd always suggest going to a professional stylist for colour, and using a heat protectant — that's the safest way to keep it healthy.

Very. Our glueless, pre-cut lace wigs are made to go from box to out-the-door in minutes — no glue, no cutting, no salon trip. If it's your first wig, you'll be fine.

The adjustable straps and combs inside the cap hold most wigs firmly in place on their own. If you want extra hold for a long day or a workout, an elastic band or a wig grip does the trick.
