No. It is advice. If the best thing for you is rest and a scalp routine rather than a new install, that is exactly what we will tell you.
Is it private?
Completely. The consultation happens in a private room, one to one, and stays between us.
Can you diagnose a medical condition?
We are stylists, not doctors, so we do not diagnose. What we can do is recognise when something needs a dermatologist or trichologist and point you the right way.
