LovelyHair Club is a membership for people who sit in our chair more than once or twice a year. Members take 15% off the labour on eligible salon services.
Your booking deposit does not change — it stays at the standard amount and still comes off your final bill. The 15% lands on the service labour when you settle up in the salon.

Work out whether it is worth it
The discount comes off service labour, so what decides this is how much labour you book in a year. Each plan has a line to clear.

Deposits, wigs and retail do not count towards that figure. Only labour on eligible services does. Add up last year's appointments before you decide: if you came in once or twice, book as a guest and keep your money.

What people ask at this point
When am I charged?
The first payment is taken at checkout. After that Shopify bills the same card on the same date each cycle: every month, every three months or once a year, depending on the plan you chose.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in the membership panel. There is no fee and no notice period. Your 15% keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.
Can I move to a different plan later?
Yes. Cancel the plan you are on and join again on the one you want. The new plan starts the day you join it, so pick your moment near the end of a period you have paid for.
What happens if my card fails?
We let you know and keep the benefit on for a short grace period while you update it. If the payment still does not go through after that, the benefit pauses until it does.
Does the 15% come off my deposit too?
No. The deposit is the same for everybody and still comes off your final bill in full. The 15% lands on the service labour, which is the larger number of the two.
Do I get a card or a code?
Neither. We look you up at the counter by the email or phone number on your booking, so join with the same email you book with and it will be there.
Is anything I buy in the shop discounted?
No. Wigs, bundles, hair and care products stay at their normal price. The Club covers labour in the chair, nothing else.
