We are in Countryside Village on E.P. True Parkway, just off 19th Street, with a big shared parking lot in front of the door. Raccoon River Park and Holiday Park are a few minutes away, and Historic Valley Junction is about five minutes east.

Questions we hear a lot
How much do braids cost?
Braiding starts at $80. The total depends on the style, the size and the length, so we agree the price with you before we start. Your deposit comes off that total.
How long does an appointment take?
Knotless braids take three to six hours, sew-ins three to four, and a glueless install one to two. Bring a charger and something to watch. We will keep you comfortable.
Do you sell braiding hair here?
Yes. Our beauty supply is in the same room as the chairs, and it stocks braiding hair, including X-Pression pre-stretched and Ultra French Curl packs, plus kids' packs. Pick your hair when you arrive, or ask your stylist which pack and how many your style needs.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a small deposit, from $25, when you book. It holds your slot and comes straight off your bill. You can reschedule free up to 48 hours before your appointment, and the deposit moves with you.
Do you braid kids' hair?
Yes. Book under braiding and tell us the child's age and the style in the notes, so we can plan the right amount of time.
Is a medical wig fitting private?
Completely. The room is yours for the whole appointment, there is no clock, and you are welcome to bring someone with you.
Can I just come in and shop?
Yes, during opening hours. If you would like a stylist to walk the supply room with you, book a shop-with-a-stylist session and your deposit comes off what you buy.
Where do I park?
Right outside. Countryside Village has a large free lot in front of the salon.
